TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Courageous Woman Network LLC (dba Tamara White Coaching)

1. Agreement
By using this website or purchasing our services, you agree to these Terms. These Terms are be-
tween you and Courageous Woman Network LLC (dba Tamara White Coaching), a Sugar Land,
Texas business.
2. Our Services
We offer coaching packages, group programs, speaking engagements and workshops, and digital
products. All coaching is sold as a package (no pay-as-you-go or single-session option). Packages
may be paid in full or, where offered, on a payment plan.
3. Coaching Is Not Counseling
Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or a substitute for mental health treatment. Coaching focuses
on goals, strategy, accountability, and personal development. Coaching does not diagnose or treat
any mental health condition, and no counselor-client relationship is created. Coaching is not a
substitute for medical, legal, or financial advice. If you are in crisis or having thoughts of self-harm,
contact 911 or the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.
4. Counseling Is Separate
Dr. Tamara White is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas. Therapeutic counseling is not of-
fered, scheduled, or purchased through this website. Anyone seeking counseling is directed to a
separate counseling portal, where that relationship is governed by its own informed consent, pri-
vacy notice, and the legal obligations that apply to a Texas Licensed Professional Counselor. Noth-
ing on this website creates a counselor-client relationship.
5. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account details
secure.
6. Payments
Payments are processed by one or more third-party payment processors, and we do not store full
card numbers. All prices are in USD. You authorize us to charge the agreed amount, including re-
curring charges on any payment plan you select, until your package is paid in full. If you do not
complete payments, we may pause access to sessions and materials until the balance is resolved.
Prices may change at any time.
7. Refunds and Cancellations
All sales are final. Packages reserve a limited client seat and calendar time that cannot be resold,
so we do not offer refunds for change of mind, non-attendance, or non-use. Payment plans do not
create a right to cancel; the full remaining balance is still owed.
Sessions within a package may be rescheduled or cancelled with at least 24 hours' notice at no
cost, and the session returns to your package. If you cancel within 24 hours, no refund or credit is
issued, but we may allow you to reschedule at our discretion — this courtesy is not guaranteed. If
you do not appear and do not contact us, that session is forfeited.
If we cancel or cannot deliver a session, we will offer a reschedule or a credit. Billing errors are re-
funded once verified — contact us at courageouswomanllc@gmail.com within 30 days so we can
resolve it directly. We may grant an exception or credit at our discretion; doing so in one case does
not obligate us to do so again.
Digital products, downloads, courses, and books are final sale once delivered or accessed. Speak-
ing, training, and workshop engagements are governed by the separate agreement for that en-
gagement.
This policy is disclosed at checkout and must be accepted before payment is processed.
8. Scheduling
Your package term begins on the date of purchase. Packages cannot be purchased in advance for
a future start date — when you buy, the engagement begins. Sessions will begin within the
agreed-upon timeframe or within the timeframe stated in the advertisement for the package.
9. Intellectual Property
All site content, the SHIFT FrameworkTM, books, curricula, workbooks, worksheets, slide decks,
videos, and course materials belong to Courageous Woman Network LLC. You may not reproduce,
distribute, resell, record, or use them to create competing products. Purchased materials come
with a limited license for your personal, non-commercial use only. Email [EMAIL] for permission to
use anything.
10. Your Conduct
Do not use the site unlawfully, harass others, record or distribute sessions, scrape the site, or share
your login. Group program participants are expected to keep each other's disclosures confidential.
11. Results
Results vary. Testimonials reflect individual experiences. We do not guarantee any specific out-
come, health result, or earnings.
12. Third-Party Services
Our site may link to or embed third-party tools and content (including YouTube embeds, schedul-
ing tools, and payment processors). We do not control these third parties and are not responsible
for their content, availability, or practices. Your use of any third-party service is at your own risk
and may be subject to that third party’s terms.
13. Disclaimers
Our site and services are provided "as is." We make no warranty of any specific result.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for
the service in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Courageous Woman Network LLC against claims arising from your misuse
of the site or services.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Disputes are handled in Fort Bend
County, Texas.
Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration. If a dispute arises between you and Courageous
Woman Network LLC that we cannot resolve informally, it will be settled by binding arbitration rather
than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court. Arbitration
will be conducted in Texas, and the arbitrator's decision will be final. You and Courageous Woman
Network LLC each agree to resolve disputes only on an individual basis and not as part of any class or
representative action.
17. Termination
We may suspend or end access to our services if these Terms are violated.
18. General
If any part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These Terms are the entire
agreement between us. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
